Moringa is a plant that is native to the sub-Himalayan areas of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan. It is also grown in the tropics. The leaves, bark, flowers, fruit, seeds, and root are used to make medicine.

Moringa is used for ” tired blood (Anemia) and other joint pain. Arthritis, constipation, cancer , diabetes, diarrhea, epilepsy, stomach pain as well as stomach ulcers. Moringa can also be considered a natural health product with such uses as reduction of swelling, increasing sex drive, boosting the immune system and increasing breast milk production.  Moringa is also an important food source because it can be grown so cheaply and easily.  As an antioxidant dietary supplement is can be used to help protect cells from damage. Its leaves also contain proteins, vitamins and minerals.  All in all, Moringa is good for just about anything.
